Delivery, Pickup & Fulfillment Policy

Depending on your location, you may choose delivery, pickup at our store, or both. Available options are shown at checkout.

Delivery is available within our service area; fees, when applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout, and sales tax is based on your delivery address. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates — orders may be delayed by high order volume, weather, traffic, product availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We'll make reasonable efforts to let you know about significant delays.

You're responsible for providing an accurate delivery address (street, unit number, city, state, and ZIP code) and a valid phone number.

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If items are missing, damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, contact us according to our Returns & Refund Policy — ideally within 24 hours.

Collect pickup orders during our operating hours, shown at checkout and in your order confirmation — you may be asked for your name or order number. Pickup orders have no delivery fee, and sales tax is based on our store location.

Orders not collected within 5 days of being marked ready may be cancelled, with any applicable refund processed according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Product availability can change between when you order and when we prepare it. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may offer a substitution, remove the item and adjust your total, or contact you.

Once an order enters preparation, changes may no longer be possible. If you need to modify an order, contact us as soon as possible.

If a delivery can't be completed because the address is incorrect, no one is available, or the location can't be safely accessed, we'll contact you to arrange a resolution. Additional delivery charges will only apply where clearly disclosed in advance.

Delivery and pickup may be delayed or temporarily suspended because of severe weather, emergencies, or other events outside our reasonable control. We'll make reasonable efforts to communicate significant disruptions, and if a fulfillment problem on our end prevents us from completing your order, we'll offer applicable cancellation or refund options.
