Returns & Refund Policy

We generally don't accept physical returns of perishable, refrigerated, frozen, or fresh items. If something you received is damaged, spoiled, unsafe, or otherwise unacceptable, contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup — we may ask for a photo — and we'll offer a replacement, refund, or other fair resolution.

Unopened, unused, and undamaged non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at viunamarket@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return; some products may not be eligible due to health or safety regulations.

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the order.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly and provide photos when requested — we'll replace or refund it depending on availability.

You can cancel an order any time before it ships or is prepared for pickup — contact us at viunamarket@gmail.com or +1 (770) 428-2222. Once an order has shipped or is marked ready for pickup, it can no longer be cancelled; contact us to discuss a return or refund instead.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; timing for card payments depends on your bank or card issuer. A refund generally corresponds to the amount charged for the affected item, including tax. Delivery fees are refunded only when the entire order is cancelled or undeliverable through no fault of yours; pickup orders have no delivery fee to refund.

We may investigate repeated, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent refund claims, and where permitted by law, restrict or decline future transactions if we reasonably determine the refund process is being abused.
