Aghdas Market is a neighborhood grocery store offering online ordering for delivery and in-store pickup.

Some features of our website require an account. You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and confidential, and for all activity that happens through your account.

We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and stock levels accurate, but availability can change quickly, manufacturers may update packaging or ingredients, and occasional errors are possible.

If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we may contact you about a substitution, remove the item and adjust your order total, or offer another solution. Any price change will be reflected in your final order amount.

Prices are set by us and may change at any time. Sales tax is calculated based on your delivery address or selected pickup location, and is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Placing an order is a request to purchase — it doesn't guarantee every item is available. We may cancel or adjust an order if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing or inventory error, payment can't be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud.

Delivery is available within our service area; fees, when applicable, are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates — we're not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For pickup orders, sales tax is based on our store location and there is no delivery fee. Collect your order during our operating hours — you may be asked for your name or order number. See our Delivery, Pickup & Fulfillment Policy for more detail.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery / Pay at Pickup and card payments processed securely by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your complete card information on our servers.

You may not use our website to:

• Commit fraud or attempt unauthorized access to any account or order;
• Interfere with the website's operation or submit malicious requests;
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute our content without permission.

The website and its content belong to Aghdas Market unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. We provide the website "as available" and make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Aghdas Market is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
